FOIA Responses
In December 2018, Citizens for Constitutional Integrity sent Freedom of Information Act Requests to every agency for whom Congress had rescinded statutory delegations. So far, agencies have sent a few documents. Since then, we requested more documents realted to the King II Mine because it went forward under the Congressional Review Act. We are posting the responsive documents here.

In 2019, Citizens for Constitutional Integrity sent Freedom of Information Act Requests to the Park Service and the Forest Service about their activities in Beattie Gulch.
We are also watching the litigation over that complicated jurisdictional area. It raises Supremacy Clause, Public Lands Clause, Commerce Clause, and other constitutional issues.
